Why do I need a higher visibility safety device?

What is difference between traditional safety products such Warning Triangles, Flares and the TriFlector™?

Any early warning safety device is better than not using one at all. However, the TriFlector™ and TriVestor™ combination offers significant higher visibility protection than traditional products.

What certifications have the TriFlector received relating to Federal Requirement Standards?

Complies w/U.S. DOT (FMCSA) 49 CFR 392.25 & 393.95(g).* MUTCD Type A (Flashing) and Type C (Solid On). The TriFlectorTM product suite was designed to meet DOT standards FMVSS 125, SAE J774, and all applicable state and other legal requirements. What are the differences in reflective material colors?

The reflective material of the TriFlector™ comes in (5) five highly reflective colors (red, yellow, yel/grn, blue, and white), and are measured in “Candela” as an indication of reflective properties when reacting to direct light shining on the material. Red material, while highly reflective, is the lowest rating material, while white material offers the highest in reflective visibility relating to physical visible distance, and white material is the most effective at “early warning” higher visibility at greater distances allowing motorist the best chance to react and avoid an incident.
